It is not uncommon to see these days that the only things people are coming to look for in church services are the prophecies, healings, and miracles from the man of God. And we are happy that we have a big church full of babies who cannot make any impact in the society.
We get excited so much that we want to build bigger buildings to house these spiritual dwarfs and slaves. If you truly have the interest of the Kingdom of God at heart, your focus should be on raising giants who will take over the land for the King of kings and rule the land in righteousness.
Imagine all the big churches we have in our nation are full of giants – we would have been the greatest nation in the world by now. But the story is pathetic. The church of the living God is full of babies and dwarfs who are largely pastor-dependent. But I am glad to announce to you once again that we are in the time of the revival, when it shall gradually become difficult to recognize the difference between the pastors and the members. Everyone will start accomplishing great things with his or her life.
The way God planned the destiny of the church is that the larger the number of churches and the number of Christians in a particular nation, the greater the light of the Kingdom of God should shine through that country. We should not be a people pitied and mocked all over the world. We should be on top and not beneath. Without having the right kind of focus and preaching and teaching believers the right kind of messages, the church will keep producing average and mediocre people, who think they only thing they can do with their lives is to go to church service to pray, sing, dance, and go back home.
A church that is always advertising the anointing on a man of God will keep breeding babies and dwarfs and keep making the people of God dependent on the man of God. The essence of a church is to train you up to become giants in the society. The goal of every church should be to see that every member is crowned as king and queen in their different spheres of influence. There is no other way to subdue the land for our King apart from this.
The success of a church should not be measured by the amount of crowd she is able to gather or by the amount of money they are able to make from tithes and offerings. The success of a church should be measured by how much she has been able to stop evil in the society; by how much she has been able to take over the land for the King. Success should be measured by how bright the light of the church is shining to the world in terms of the solutions being provided in all aspects of life like education, commerce, industry, sports and entertainment.
When people see all these solutions, it will be the easiest thing for men and women of all races to be drawn to the Kingdom of God. For example, the church should be the one producing giants who will attack and solve the problem of electricity in Nigeria. The church should be the one raising giants who will go into politics and hold political offices to rule the land in righteousness. The church should be the one producing saviours who will revive the epileptic educational sector. The church should be the institution producing highly exceptional individuals who will receive wisdom, courage, and skills to build refineries and save our nation from unnecessary servitude and slavery to developed countries.
God is looking for people (giants from the church) who will make up their minds to eradicate poverty from the land. God wants the people who will rise up against the menace of armed robbery, kidnapping, failing industries, poor education, jaundiced infrastructural facilities. Many people are saying that the government should be responsible for all these. You are correct but that is incomplete truth. If you have a better understanding of the Kingdom of God, you will recognize the Person that we ought to allow to govern us. The government of this earth should be upon the shoulders of Jesus Christ. And we are the representatives of Jesus on earth. The government should be upon our shoulders. You cannot leave the government to evil people and expect Jesus Christ to reign in the land.
We did not receive Jesus Christ to make Him reign only inside the four walls of our church buildings. We received Jesus Christ so that He will rule and have dominion in all aspects of the society through US. We received Jesus Christ to let Him rule in all the affairs of men, and not just inside the church building.
Yes you have a lot of people gathered in the four walls of “your” church regularly, but most of these same people are the ones stealing money in their places of work. They are the ones collecting bribes and paying tithes and offerings to you. These are the same people who are coming to church services and always looking for the things that God will do for them but never thinking about what God will use them to do for the nation.
Everybody is claiming to want souls saved. Yet most people are not really after souls. Most people are after money, personal aggrandizement and braggadocio. A lot of leaders have fallen for the deception of the enemy in using perverted means to raise money. Now, they make people sow into the anointing. Now people give money based on the number of years they have lived on earth. They make ignorant and stupid folks do all manner of things in the name of God.
What they are bothered about is more souls coming to church services. They are not really bothered about more souls causing a positive change in the land thereby causing glory to the Name of Christ. Jesus Christ is NOT coming back for dwarf souls. He is not coming back for slaves. He is coming back for the giants who have chosen to use their lives to manifest His love, wisdom, power and glory. How are you living your own life?
